This Site is owned and operated by Webfit Pty Ltd (ABN 43 204 768 612) trading as Webfit Pty Ltd (referred to in these terms as “the Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our”). Please take the time to read the terms of use that are applicable to the use of this Site and the content made available to you (“Terms”). These Terms together with our Privacy Policy apply to all Site visitors, subscribers, clients, customers, and all other users of the Site (“user,” “you,” and “your”). If you (the “Client,” “you,” or “your”) do not agree with the Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website.

By accessing and using this Site, our social media channels, and any materials made available including blog posts, guides, resources, and consultation booking, you accept these Terms.

All content made available to you on www.webfit.io contains general information about our services and doesn’t take into account your specific needs, objectives, or circumstances. The information on the Site isn’t a substitute for any Search Optimisation services that may be provided by Webfit to businesses on request, which services will be governed by Webfit’s Client Services Agreement.

You understand and agree that any information, feedback, comment, or review that you provide through your use of this Site isn’t privileged or confidential. The information provided in or through our Site is intended to be for educational purposes only and is made available to help you help yourself. Under no circumstances should the content on our Site be relied upon as business, brand or marketing advice.

The services we provide aren’t for household or domestic purposes but for business use.

CONSULTATIONS AND STRATEGY CALLS

Our Site allows you to book consultations to discuss your Search Optimisation needs. These are discovery sessions only and don’t constitute provision of services or advice.

Cancellation: Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

After consultation: Any specific Search Optimisation services are provided under separate service agreements with their own terms, pricing, and conditions.

BE A GOOD PERSON

We’ve created this Site to be a helpful resource for Search Optimisation. By using our Site, we expect certain standards of behaviour.

You must:

• Not breach another person’s privacy or use their details without consent to do anything on this Site
• Not use this Site in any way that is or may be damaging to this Site
• Not use this Site to send unsolicited emails
• Not interfere with anyone using this Site
• Not use this Site to defame, harass, threaten or offend any person
• Not help anyone else do any of the above

We appreciate interaction on our social media channels and feedback about our services, as it helps us improve our Site. Where you submit feedback or comments, you give us permission to post or otherwise use that feedback on our social media or other channels. It’s your responsibility to review these Terms prior to use and periodically throughout your use of our Site. If at any time you choose not to accept these Terms, you shouldn’t use this Site.
